Save Ratio is published by Yellowjacket Software Ltd. (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the Save Ratio app and this website do and do not collect. We have built both to need as little of your data as possible.

No account, no personal information

Save Ratio does not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal information. We do not collect, store, or share personal information about you, and we do not build a profile of you or track you across other apps or websites. The one exception is advertising, described below: to support the app, our ad provider (Google AdMob) may use an advertising identifier to show ads, which may be personalized depending on your region and settings.

Preferences stored on your device

Choices such as your selected league, time frame, season, and rankings qualification are saved only on your device so the app remembers them between sessions. This information stays on your device and is never transmitted to us or to any third party. Removing the app deletes it.

Statistics data

The app displays publicly available hockey statistics, which it requests from our servers. These requests are anonymous, and they carry no account or personal identifier. As with any internet service, our servers may briefly record technical details such as your device's IP address and the type of request in standard operational logs, used only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service. We do not use this information to identify you.

Website analytics

On this website (saveratio.com) we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It is privacy-first by design: it sets no cookies, uses no device fingerprinting, and does not track you across other websites. It records only aggregate technical details of the visit, such as the page requested, the referring page, and general country and device type. There is nothing in it that identifies you, and we cannot use it to single you out.

Advertising

Save Ratio displays ads provided by Google AdMob to help support the app. To serve these ads, Google may collect and use certain device and usage information, including an advertising identifier, in accordance with its own privacy policies. Where the law requires it (for example, for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can review or change your choices at any time from the app’s Settings. In other regions, ads may be personalized based on your advertising identifier unless you opt out through your device’s settings. You can review how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. These ads appear only in the app; we do not show ads on this website.

Children's privacy

Save Ratio is a general-audience sports statistics app and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, note them within the app.
